Luís Porto

Luís Porto attended ESTC and several directing workshops at the National Television & Film School and Raindance, in London.
He created the production company Frame in 2012, dedicating himself to directing and writing screenplays for cinema and television.
He made his fiction debut in 2012 with the pilot of Heresia (TV serie) and, between 2014 and 2015, he directed the short film Deus Providenciará, having later written and directed the series 4Play, shown on RTP2 and the film “al mada nada”, from the show by Ricardo Pais.
In 2020 he completed the short film Boca do Inferno.
At the same time, he has collaborated with TNSJ (São João National Theater) in the making of films of the plays. Among them, Balcão, which was on display at the União dos Teatros da Europa festival, stands out.
He also participated in “Espectros”, a show by Nuno Cardoso, as a creative, using live footage projected on scene.
